When the ’70s shifted towards the dance style of what was christened Disco, many bands shifted their own styles to match it, or rose to join it. One of those was a band known as Brooklyn Transit Express, or, as you know them, B.T. Express. Right out the gate, the Funk/Disco band produced a lasting album that generated a popular single, “Do It (Til You’re Satisfied). The album went Gold and the single would chart to number 1 on several crossover platforms.
On May 27, Iconoclassic will reissue the successful debut album from B.T. Express – Do It (‘Til You’re Satisfied). For the reissue, the 9-track album will be newly remastered and buffed with two bonus tracks. Those bonus tracks will be the ‘as you know them’ single versions of “Do It (‘Til You’re Satisfied)”, and “Express”.
The new reissue will add in a 16-page booklet with a new essay, more photos, and other things. The album will reissue exactly as it was originally issued.
