Robin Trower, the tireless guitarist originally from Procol Harum, as well as a prolific and successful Robin Trower Band, has done it again. In 2025, Robin Trower issued his 28th album with Come And Find Me. As soon as 2026 threatens to close its calendar pages to history, Robin Trower will issue his 29th set. His peak era extended from the release of his 1973 album, Twice Removed From Yesterday, on through his last with Chrysalis Records, Back It Up, a full ten years of music over 8 albums with the label. And yet, even as music changed to New Wave, Robin Trower continued on. At the age of 81, Trower still shows no sign of slowing his creative output.
On September 25, Robin Trower returns with a new album. The new set is titled Shine and will contain a collection of ten new songs. Shine will be released via Artone Label Group/Provogue Records (Mascot Label Group). One track – “Live Your Time” – is currently available as the album’s front-running single (heard below).
Shine will be released on CD, DD, and on industry black vinyl LP.
