The US-based Angel band, signed to Casablanca Records at the urging of KISS member, Gene Simmons, released their first album in 1975. Three albums after their debut, the band came as close to stardom as they would get with the highest charting set, White Hot. Their hit, “Ain’t Gonna Eat My Heart Out Anymore” would hit #44 and the album charted at 55, their best ever. 50 years later, the band is celebrating their existence with help from Deko Entertainment. Last year, the anniversary of the debut Angel set was celebrated.

On May 22, Angel will celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Helluva Band with a brand new remaster and limited edition LP variations. Yes, there are CD adds with signatures from four of the band members from this set (DiMino, Meadows, Guiffria, BrandtJones passed in 2009). The Anniversary set will offer a booklet packed in a 6-panel digipak for the CD along with an autographed card, and the LP on Splatter vinyl.

This 50th Anniversary reissue of Helluva Band will arrive on CD, DD, 2 Limited Edition variations of vinyl (Red Swirl vinyl at 400 copies; Splatter vinyl at 600 copies), and a CD/LP bundle with the autographed card and an Angel sticker.
