We last heard from Alison Moyet in 2017, when she released her album, Other. It revealed a long term singer, around since the short-lived Yazoo (or Yaz in the US) in the early ’80s, and the start of her excellent Pop solo career. And we’re still lucky to have her in a recording and touring mood. Her return to music in the New Millennium signified a renewed and a well-received interest in the art of music creation for the singer and her fans.
On October 4, the music veteran returns with a new album – Key, This new album will provide 18 new songs for the Alison Moyet fan, one of which is already in circulation (hear “Such Small Ale” below). Key will be a happy reception to the returned singer as fans enjoy new music from the artist.
Key will be released on CD, DD, CS (cassette), and two color vinyl offerings with 2LP pressed on Turquoise Marble, and a more Limited Edition 2LP pressed on White vinyl. Collection bundles will also be made available that bring together tees, signed art prints, and other things Moyet. These will release via Cooking Vinyl Music.
