After the runaway success of the debut album from Foster The People, especially with the hit status of “Pumped Up Kicks”, we get the band’s sophomore release in the rear view mirror. The new album is called Supermodel, and is slated for March 18 on CD, DD, and LP.

Merge Records will reissue Inside Living, the 1997 set from Superchunk, in remastered form, and including a bonus download of We’d Like To Thank The Homecoming Committee – Live At Duke – 1997.  The download card will be inside both the 180g vinyl LP reissue, and the CD reissue.

St Vincent, the breathy voice that was last heard in a collaboration with David Byrne on Love This Giant (2012), and whose last album, Strange Mercy, was issued in 2011 (excellent album, by the way), will release her next on February 25.  The new album will be named, simply, St. Vincent, and is planned for CD, DD, and LP.

Suzanne Vega will release her next album, Tales From The Realm Of The Queen Of Pentacles, on February 18 via Amanuensis Productions.  Expect CD. DD. and LP.

Capitol Nashville will also have Okie From Muskogee by Merle Haggard on March 25.

From the band’s Archive Series, there is expected to be a new live release.  The latest is Boston Common 8/17/71, and will make a grand addition to the ABB library!

Two grand SACDs reissue coming from the masters at Audio Fidelity will be Peter, Paul & Mary (debut), and Magazine from Heart.  Both will be released on February 18.

Talking about SACD, it’s great to be able to say that Chicago VI is slated for the format on February 18 via Mobile Fidelity.
