In vinyl LP news, there are a few classics being readied for the format.  Those include: YES by YES, which will be issued as a 45th Anniversary 180g gatefold edition, Song For America by Kansas, also a 180g, gatefold limited edition, and A Wizard, A True Star by Todd Rundgren, with a 180g, gatefold limited edition.  All are scheduled for March 18.

UMe will reissue Dressed To Kill from KISS on vinyl LP scheduled for March 18.

Also on vinyl LP in a 180g, gatefold edition is Girl Happy by Elvis Presley, which is being scheduled for March 11.

Original Recordings Group plan the remastered LP reissue of Black Codes (From the Underground) (1985) from Wynton Marsalis with an expected release date of March 18.

Mentioned yesterday, Play All Night: Live At The Beacon Theater 1992 is slotted to be released from Legacy Recordings on February 18.  This new Allman Brothers Band 2CD set will feature sixteen tracks.

Rhino plans the reissue release of Live In Japan (1975), a 2CD live set featuring Chicago.  The set is expected to be released on March 11, with 21 original performance tracks.

Rhino/Parlophone will also release a 7″ vinyl picture disc of “Rebel, Rebel” by David Bowie.  The collectible single is expected on March 11.

Capitol Records will feature an expanded Greatest Hits package featuring the music of Little River Band slating the set to be available on February 4 (CD), and March 11 (DD).

The fun rock and roll of NYC’s Lushes will get their seven-track CD, LP debut out on the street on March 4 via Felte Records.  The new album is called What Am I Doing.

Columbia Records have After The Disco, the new Broken Bells album, scheduled for release on February 4. The new eleven-track set will be issued on CD, DD, and LP.

Published yesterday, Legacy will release a Deluxe Edition of The 30th Anniversary Concert Celebration featuring Bob Dylan on March 4. The set will include two bonus tracks from rehearsal performances as bonus inclusions.

On March 4, Real Gone Music will release a comprehensive collection of The Grass Roots singles from their Dunhill, and ABC Records years.  This 24-track collection, called The Complete Original Dunhill/ABC Hit Singles, should be a really exciting album to get a hold of.
