What more can really be said? The great one has passed. On Monday, Pete Seeger died of natural causes at the grand age of 94. We, as a nation, as a world, as a universe, have been blessed with his presence, both musically and philosophically. He stood for much. In fact, he still stands for much. One thing is certain, his memory will not pass. His ideals will not pass.
Few people possessed his dream, and his musical wealth. More benefited from it. Especially the luminaries that he mentored!
All of those things remain.
We will miss you dearly, Mr Pete Seeger!
