Little Feat, an American band begun in 1969 and featuring Lowell George, Bill Payne, Roy Estrada, and Richie Hayward, with a more solidified lineup a short time later. their first album was issued via Warner Brothers Records at the beginning of 1971. It would be a few years later that Little Feat would see US success however, there were a few embryonic releases that set the stage creatively for the band.
On April 17, just a day before RSD (April 18), a Rhino-reissued CD Deluxe Edition of the debut Little Feat set will be made available. The RSD vinyl 2LP issue will feature two vinyl LPs, one with the original album, the other a bonus disc of some previously unreleased alternate tracks and outtakes from the self-titled debut (and a few previously issued) This 2LP set is limited to 3000 copies. The CD issue will contain the same tracks.
