The Black Keys have made quite a name for themselves since the turn of the century. Ther first album, The Big Come Up, issued in 2002 and garnered immediate attention leading to a contract with Fat Possum. In turn, that led to another contract with Nonesuch that gave them much large attention with a wider distribution base. From there, it was million-selling releases starting with Brothers (2010), and the even bigger El Camino (2011). They now release music through their own Easy Eye Sound, distributed via Warner Music. Their excellent (for me) “Beautiful People (Stay High)” generated from their last album, Ohio Players (2024).

On August 8, The Black Keys are ‘keepin’ it real’ with their new album, No Rain, No Flowers. That album has offered two singles that include the title track, “No Rain, No Flowers”, and the new track, “The Night Before” (hear below). They are undertaking a 51-stop tour (some with multiple dates, to support the new album.

No Rain, No Flowers will be issued on CD, DD, and two forms of vinyl LP that  include standard Black vinyl LP press, and a Limited Edition Sky Blue vinyl press.
