Marillion has been undergoing a campaign of upgrades with their catalog. With Holidays In Eden already mentioned as having been remixed in 2022 by Steven Taylor, it stands to logic that it would be the next Deluxe Edition by Marillion to be reissued for fans. That wait is over.
On September 16, Rhino and Parlophone Records will reissue Holidays In Eden in the anticipated Deluxe Edition.
Holidays in Eden will be reissued on 3CD/BD-Audio sets as well as 180g-weight 4LP vinyl packages. The BD will provides Stereo and 5.1 Surround mixes (48kHz/24-bit), as well as a documentary (Pain & Heaven – 85 minutes of the making of the album), the full 18-track 1991 RockPalast show from Koln, three videos (“Cover My Eyes”, “No One Can”, “Dry Land”), and a helping of B-sides and bonus tracks. Two of the CDs will feature the entire September 30, 1991 Hammersmith Odeon show.
Seasons End is expected as a Deluxe Editon in 2023.
