Saga is a Canadian band that formed way back in 1977. While well-known in circles, the name and band (and their music) is still somewhat elusive for the music listening public in America.
Saga has released over twenty studio albums as well as a series of live sets. Although there’s been more than a share of new musicians in the band (who hasn’t done this), Saga is still rockin’ the world today, still releasing new music.
On August 7, earMusic will release a 2CD, 21-track collection of the band’s best known tracks. The collection will be called The Best Of Saga: Now And then – The Collection 1978 – Infinity.
In the Fall, earMusic will begin a restoration of the band’s titles with artwork, and bonus tracks.
