Since the late ’90s, Stratospheerius has been an essential element of Progressive Music in NYC. Formed by Joe Deninzon after acquiring his Masters in Jazz Violin from the Manhattan School of Music, the band released its first album in 2002. From there, the band delivered live sets that captured the interest of a growing fanbase and resulted in increased interest in the band as a recording entity. To date, Joe Deninzon, a violinist and vocalist, and his band Stratospheerius, have released six studio sets. Their newest one is Imposter!
Imposter! was issued on October 11. The album’s 9 tracks tells intricate stories of observed “emotional battles in Joe Deninzon‘s personal life and the outside world that surrounded him. The songs found on Imposter! supply a progressive fitting to songs that include both vocal and instrumental. In 2023, Joe Deninzon was added to Kansas after the departure of longtime member of the band, David Ragsdale.
Imposter! is released via 7D Media and is being made available on CD and DD. You can hear a track from the new album – “Outrage Olympics” – below. The album can e purchased here.
