Talking Heads have left their forever mark on Rock decades ago, beginning with their debut set, their appearance on SNL, and their stage shows at the legendary CBGBs. From there, it was a brief run that began -professionally- in 1977 with their debut, and ended a little over ten years later with the release of their 8th album – Naked, in 1988. Since then, David Byrne has etched out a continuing career. After their tenure, it’s right that we should explore the stored embryos of songs in a collected set. That was done with the LP/EP package released on RSD in 2025. But now…
On March 6, Rhino Entertainment will reissue Tentative Decisions: Demos & Live, a collection of early demos of potent songs eventually and properly recorded to their final state. The sets will provide a booklet to accompany this historic issue.
