Peter Baumann was an essential part of the Tangerine Dream collective that created the band’s most memorable works listed as The Virgin Years. but as things do, the toll was too much and Peter Baumann left at the band’s height of popularity. But he wasn’t dormant. In 1977, Peter Baumann released a new album of music in his debut solo effort named Romance 76.
On February 20, Romance 76 will be newly reissued in a very Limited Edition (500 copies only) vinyl LP. This LP will be pressed on yellow transparent vinyl. The sets will be signed making them even more desirable. These 50th Anniversary celebratory sets will be reissued via Bureau B Records. (Bureau B Music previously released the newest Peter Baumann set – Nightfall – back in May of 2025.)
