The three-member UK band of Public Service Broadcasting has released three best-selling albums with increasing popularity. Their last album, Every Valley, was released in 2017 and rose to number 4 on the UK charts. Much of the music Public Service Broadcasting plays are instrumental songs but it’s not exclusively their only offering. Largely a progressively-styled and highly varied band reminiscent of the early ’80s (their latest song, “People, Let’s Dance” will indicate that era’s dance music style – hear below), the band has hit on all cylinders.
On September 24, Public Service Broadcasting will woo the public with their fourth album, Bright Magic. As noted above, they have already released a single. The new album will contain eleven new tracks.
Bright Magic will be released on CD, DD, and vinyl LP (both in black vinyl and a Limited Edition Orange/Black marbled vinyl. The CD set will pack in a 28-page booklet in a gatefold-styled digipak. The LPs will come packed with a 12″ x 12″ 20-page booklet insert. An all-inclusive Deluxe Edition will come with an exclusive photo book. At their site, there are a few special bundles to order.
