Rhino’s annual Rocktober event arrives with a collection of new vinyl specials. While there are more than a few vinyl reissues in special vinyl releases, the main attraction (for me) are three Talking Heads LPs.
Released on October 9, Rhino (via WBM) will release Fear of Music on 140g-weight vinyl and vinyl colored as Opaque Silver/Grey. It will be joined by More Songs About Buildings and Food, issued on 140g-weight translucent Red vinyl. The other Talking Heads vinyl re-release is Talking Heads: 77, issued on 140g-weight on Translucent Red vinyl.

Why are all these events occurring so close together; HMV Vinyl week, RSD drops, National Album day and now Rocktober. My wallet simply cannot handle it! Give us a break, space them out.
