With the upcoming 50th Anniversary tour ready to help ZZ Top celebrate their years in Rock, it only makes sense to help them celebrate with a career-spanning collection that effectively covers all the appropriate ground.

On June 14, the 3CD editions of Goin’ 50 will round up 50 tracks, some of them live. Two bonus tracks (“Salt Lick”, “Miller’s Farm”) have been included that are immediate delights due to the fact they were originally recorded in 1969 as an A/B side single. Most songs are pulled from all fifteen ZZ Top studio issues ranging from 1969’s ZZ Top’s First Album through 2012’s La Futura. Most tracks are remastered. There’s something for every level of ZZ Top fan.

Goin’ 50 will be released on CD, 3CD (as listed), 5LP vinyl set (June 16), and DD.
