Following news of an upcoming Full Dynamic Range (FDR) remaster of Rival Sons 2011 gem, Pressure & Time, we now get wind of the realities of a brand new album. Their last, Hollow Bones, was released back in 2016. The sons of Long Beach, CA have an exciting classic Rock sound that rings true with many fans.
On January 25, Rival Sons, who are newly signed to Low Country Sound/Elektra Records after a seven-year, four album stint with Earache Records (and one self-issued album in 2009), have announced their new set, Feral Roots.
Feral Roots will contain eleven new tracks, two of which are already in circulation as pre-release songs to herald the upcoming album.
Feral Roots will be released on CD, DD, and limited edition opaque Pink vinyl signed editions. 16×32 lithographs will be issued with the first 500 copies of each CD and LP. My guess is that black vinyl will follow soon afterward.
