One of the individual non-winners (as in not getting the number one spot) of American Idol (2005) went on to form the multi-platinum selling band, Daughtry. With more success then the actual winner (Taylor Hicks), and within a talent-laden lineup that also included Kellie Pickler, and Katherine MacPhee, Chris Daughtry made his name with a series of four strong albums.
On February 12, RCA Records will release a thirteen-track ‘best of’ collection called It’s Not Over…The Hits So Far. Within the content of this greatest hits package will be two new songs (“Torches”, “Go Down”).
