The Black Crowes achieved significant success with their first album – Shake Your Money Maker. Released in 1990, the album generated five singles, the most popular being “Hard To Handle”. Over time, the band released 10 albums, six in their first era of existence. They enjoyed a Grammy nod for their last album, Happiness Bastards, which was released in 2024.
On March 13, The Black Crowes will follow up that album with a new one to be called A Pound Of Feathers. The new album will contain 11 new tracks and will be handled by Silver Arrow Records.
A Pound Of Feathers will be released on CD, DD, and several vinyl editions that include an exclusive Amazon version pressed on red vinyl, a website exclusive pressed on splatter vinyl, and standard black vinyl LP. their first single off the new album is “Profane Prophecy”, which can be heard below.
