The LA-based band, Silversun Pickups, have been with us since the turn of the new century. With their first album release in 2006, the band has released only six albums over the 25 years of existence. Their last set was issued in 2022. The UK and the US independent markets still vitally embrace the music of the band.
On February 6, Silversun Pickups return with a brand new set that will bring ten new songs to our world. The new album is being titled Tenderhooks and is highly anticipated. The new album has a song in rotation – “The Wreckage”, which can be heard below. “New Wave” is also available to listen to elsewhere. Tenderhooks will release via New Machine Recordings.
Tenderhooks will be offered on CD, and Exclusive CD issue ( ), DD, and several color presses for LP. The bad news is that only the black press LP, and a Gold Indie colored vinyl LP remains as eight other color variants are now sold out (Blue with Gold Splatter, Gold with Blue Splatter, Dark Blue/Bight Blue Half and Half, Blue Marble, Red/Gold. Red with Gray Splatter, Blue with Gray Splatter, and Gray with Blue Splatter.
