SACD – long thought to be a niche product for that want sound to the highest level. It tried to catch on a long while back but fell to niche market status – a strong one at that. And, of course, there are the legendary ghosts that have never been released from Sony – Aerosmith – Rocks, and 5D by The Byrds. Two completely finished products that have never seen the light of day (excepting an actual discovery of one copy of Rocks that sold for a ton of cash). Be that as it may, SACD still is a top priority over at Mobile Fidelity, who has issued a collection of TBA titles, most that we’re happy to acquire.

It should be stated here that MoFi will ALSO be releasing some of these titles on 180g-weight 45RPM and 33RPM vinyl LPs plus a few more that have no SACDs to accompany them.
