Yes has released utmost classics in their original era dating from the late ’60s through the ’70s. The collection of albums that include Fragile, Close To The Edge, Tormato, The Yes Album, Relayer, Going For The One, and Tales From Topographic Oceans (and others) occupied that era’s time slot and did it well. But now, some 50 years later, box sets are appearing to celebrate the albums’ individual legacies. Originally released in 1973, it’s Tales From Topographic Oceans turn for the set.
On February 6 of 2026, Rhino Entertainment will add a 12CD/BD/2LP Box to the collection. Inside will feature the original album with new remastering as well as 2026 Stephen Wilson remixes. A collection of rarities will occupy 3 CDs, while the remaining four CDs will contain live sets from three shows. The Box also packs in a super-charged version of Tales From Topographic Oceans with a Blu-ray disc that will provide Dolby Atmos, 5.1 Surround in DTS-HD MA, a high resolution 2026 Stereo remix AND a 2026 remaster, and the expected instrumental mix (2026). 2LPs remastered with the original album will be packed in as well as an informative booklet.
