T. Rex (Marc Bolan) had enjoyed a short but potent period with four sets as T. Rex. (Previously, T. Rex was Tyrannosaurus Rex, which released four albums that did well in the UK.) Many know his “Bang A Gong (Get It On)” from his Gold-selling album – Electric Warrior, and even “Telegram Sam” from the 1972 follow-up album, The Slider. But it stands to good reason that there must be an unearthed single in the vaults somewhere.
On November 7, a Steven Wilson-remixed version of “I’m Dazed” will be made available on a limited edition 7″ yellow vinyl single. It will be backed with “Billy Super Duper” (as Take 2). It will also be made available as a download and stream version. This track was recorded and mixed in 1975 and forgotten until recently rediscovered.
