I have fallen way behind the times with a bit too much travel. But this happens when you retire and decide to explore the world that you have missed at a younger age. Regardless of that aside, much music has passed in my absence and I have been sorely remiss in reporting the release news (not that you don’t have sufficient ways from excellent other sites to gather this data). Nevertheless, I thought it a good thing to resurrect an old favorite format by providing a ‘lump sum’ collection of upcoming stuff. Here’s TAPSheet:
- The Blur set – The Great Escape – released originally in 1995 and which was a success for the the UK band, will be reissued as a 30th Anniversary 2LP color reissue on December 12 via Warner Music and Parlophone Records.

- Omnivore Recordings will release a live set for Warren Zevon to be known as Epilogue: Live At the Edmonton Folk Music Festival. This August 9, 2002 show was the last Zevon concert and is hereby immortalized as a previously unreleased set of 13 live performance songs. this set has been mastered for this release.
This Zevon set issues on December 5. - Atlantic Records will reissue the second effort by The Darkness that is called One Way Ticket To Hell…And Back. It is celebrating its 20th Anniversary with a 4CD tri-fold, DD, and 1LP (Red vinyl) reissue and will be released on January 2, 2026. The 4CDs will feature the original album newly remastered, a CD of Demos and Rough Mixes, a Live set from The Birmingham NEC on February 19, 2006, and a CD of bonus tracks with B-sides, singles, and remixes.

- On November 21, Rhino Entertainment will reissue a 2025 remaster of the Stiff Little Fingers classic, Inflammable Material. Released in 1979, this Rough Trade debut from the Irish punk band will be reissued on 2LP black vinyl, 4CD/DVD collection that will feature a new remastering of the original album, a CD of Demos, a CD of John Peel BBC Sessions from 1978, a CD of live performance tracks from their stay in Troon on October 20, 1979, and a DVD with videos.

- On November 14, Rhino will deliver an LP from Marillion of Script For A Jester’s Tear, pressed as a picture disc, which will be of the 2020 remaster.

- Omnivore Recordings will deliver a 2CD and DD of Live At The Village Gate by Dr. John on November 21. The set will contain a 12 performance track collection that is previously unavailable from a 1988 show. The liner notes were written by our good friend, Joe Marchese from The Second Disc.

- And finally, a Now Playing series title that features Harry Chapin will be released on November 14 from Elektra Records. This vinyl edition will be pressed on lavender-color vinyl.
