Roxy Music entered Rock early in the ’70s helping to usher in a soon to come New Wave juggernaut that would oust old bands and strengthen the industry with new talent. But Roxy Music would feed voraciously off that renewal with a freshness that accompanied classics like Flesh + Blood (1980), and Avalon (1982). But despite the strength of Avalon, the band would dissolve reassembling only for a successful reunion tour. Roxy Music has been revisited with music sets throughout the years.

On September 27, a 2CD, 26-track set will appear entitled Re-Make/Re-Model – Live 1972-1973. This set compiles Eno-era live tracks that were featured on various John Peel BBC programs, a German TV broadcast, and In Concert performance tracks. This set can be pre-ordered via Burning Shed (here).
