Alan Vega and Martin Rev formed Suicide back in 1970 with their first album released in 1977. The band developed a rabid following with Suicide releasing five in total.
On May 26, Mute Records will reissue the band’s third album, A Way Of Life in a celebratory 35th Anniversary Edition. With this, the new reissue will feature new remastering, and a few bonus tracks to round the set out. The original classic was issued in 1988 and was said to have inspired bands like Soft Cell, and Depeche Mode. An unreleased live cover track of Bruce Springsteen’s “Born In The USA” Live in Paris 1988 is in release and can be heard below.
The 35th Anniversary of A Way Of Life will be reissued on CD, DD, and LP pressed on transparent blue vinyl.
