As mentioned in my TAPSheet post a few days back, a 20th Anniversary Edition of Hybrid Theory by Linkin Park is soon arriving as a 2CD package. Inside, the music is remastered and added to with twelve previously unreleased tracks from the period of Hybrid Theory‘s creation.
Linkin Park exploded onto the music scene in 2000 with a phenomenally successful debut in Hybrid Theory. This album went on to sell more than 30,000,000 copies worldwide generating four hit singles. Since that classic, Linkin Park released six more studio sets, all successful issues. Of course, nothing matched up to Hybrid Theory in popularity. On October 9, Warner Brothers will celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Hybrid Theory with 2CD, 4LP, and a massive 5CD/4LP/3DVD Box 20th Anniversary sets.
The Boxed set will include an 80-page book, a 2-track promo cassette, 3 lithographs, posters, and more.
