In the age of remasters, there are always a title that someone is waiting for somewhere. This is one for Tangerine Dream fans. One of the sets of recordings that the trio are popular for are their soundtracks for films (they scored over 50 films!). One of their first is Sorcerer, an excellent film by William Friedkin (The Exorcist). So, if you’re a Tangerine Dream fan, then this collectible is a desirable! And it’s available now!
The Tangerine Dream soundtrack to Sorcerer is newly remastered from the original source tapes. In addition, the album is pressed on 180g-weight vinyl that is swirled colored “Rainforest” green and black. It is being released by Waxwork Records.
The jacket is a gatefold deluxe package with a satin coating. The included notes are fresh with new William Friedkin thoughts and brand new artwork to adorn the cover.
