The Click Beetles are back with their first album since 2014’s Wake Up To Music!, entitled Pop Fossil. The recording is now in a crowdfunding campaign at Indiegogo: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/the-click-beetles-pop-fossil-second-chance#/

As per lead Beetle Dan Pavelich (The Bradburys, Just Say Uncle): “While there’s a lot to the downside of being isolated, I sure have been inspired by my artist friends who’re doing their best to keep us shut-ins entertained. It’s truly inspiring. While it is a difficult time to be creative, I’m trying to use my time to button up music and art projects that have been lingering, unfinished, for too long.

“The biggest one is my still-unfinished CD. I’ve been putting the finishing touches on the mixes, so that I can get them to Andy Reed, who is generously mastering them at a huge discount. Just like the rest of us, Andy needs to work, too, as does the printer and the folks at the CD manufacturer. Even a one-man operation like mine is never really a ‘one-man operation’.”
