From Keb’ Mo’s first album, his 1994 Epic Records debut, he has brought a genuine Delta Blues sound to an appreciable audience. With twelve previous studio albums, a collaborative set, a soundtrack, and a few live sets, Keb’ Mo’ (a stage variation of his given name, Kevin Moore) will present a brand new album with ten new tracks. Two of the songs share co-writing credits – “Put A Woman In Charge” with Roseanne Cash, and “Beautiful Music” with Robbie Brooks Moore.
The new album is being called Oklahoma and is on the calendar for June 14. Oklahoma will be issued on CD and in DD form.
To date, Keb’ Mo’ has won four Grammy Awards.
