The Eagles have (and have had) an all-star collection of musicians. Of that, there is little dispute. With Joe Walsh, Don Henley, Timothy Schmitt, and past members (Glenn Frey – RIP), Randy Meisner, Bernie Leadon (who wrote the incredible instrumental, “Journey Of The Sorcerer”, found on their 1975 classic, One Of These Nights), and Don Felder. Don Felder was gone from The Eagles since 2001. He has released two previous solo efforts (Airborne – 1983, Road To Forever – 2012).

On April 5, BMG Records will release the next Don Felder album with American Rock ‘n’ Roll. This new album will feature eleven new songs, many of which boast participation from high-profile stars from the past. Some of those stars include Peter Frampton, Bob Weir, Sammy Hagar, Joe Satriani, Orianthi, Richie Sambora, Steve Porcoro, Mick Fleetwood, Alex LifesonChad SmithSlash, and other talents.

American Rock ‘N’ Roll will be released on CD, DD, and vinyl LP. A song from the album, “American Rock ‘N’ Roll” is the lead-off single and can be heard below.
