Noted jazz guitarist, Lee Ritenour enjoyed quite a career during the late ’60s as a session player, and the late ’70s, and ’80s with respectable album sales starting with First Course (1976), and eighteen Grammy nominations over the run of his long and ongoing career. Even now, Lee Ritenour commands the respect of collaborators and peers who admire his guitar work. Ritenour has approximately 30-plus albums to his catalog.
On November 6, Concord Records will reissue five classic Lee Ritenour albums, all newly remastered. The original GRP-issued albums include: Wes Bound (1993), Earth Run (1986), Festival (1988), Portrait (1987), and Color Rit (1989). These follow his recently released A Twist Of Rit, back in August.
This group of five albums will be available on CD.
