Dan Fogelberg was an Illinois Folk/Rock singer/songwriter that created a string of highly successful multi-million copy-selling albums. Among those are Souvenirs (1974), Netherlands (1977), Phoenix (1979), and The Innocent Age (1981). The Innocent Age delivered two of his best-known tracks in “Lead Of The Band”, and “Same Old Lang Syne”, with “Longer” coming from Phoenix. Altogether, Dan Fogelberg delivered 14 solo sets. In another mode, Dan Fogelberg teamed up with Jazz flutist, Tim Weisberg to create two studio sets. The first was the extraordinary Twin Sons Of Different Mothers (1978), and following almost 20 years later in the hopes to have lightning strike twice was No Resemblance Whatsoever issued in 1995.
Tim Weisberg has released over 15 solo sets not including the two with Fogelberg. In addition to his work with Fogelberg, he has recorded with David Benoit, The Carpenters, The Pousette-Dart Band, Dave Mason, and Terry Reid.
