UFO released Lights Out back in 1977. It follows three previously released chart sets that include Phenomenon (1974), Force It (1975), and No Heavy Petting (1976). (Two earlier titles are also available but not mentioned above.) Recently, Chrysalis UK began reissuing the catalog titles from UFO resulting in fan-satisfying remasters and expanded sets.
On February 2, Chrysalis UK will reissue Lights Out in a 2CD set that will offer the original album new remaster tech, and expand it by including their April 2, 1977 show at The Roundhouse in London in a new remix. There are three bonus tracks that will include a single edit of “Too Hot To Handle”, an acoustic rough version of “Alone Again Or”, and a 7″ track of “Try Me”.
Lights Out (2024 Remaster) will be issued on 2CD, DD, and 3LP Black vinyl.
