After the demise (uhhh, hiatus) of Something Corporate, the members scattered to the four corners. But with music still to be created and recorded, former (current) member, Andrew McMahon formed a solo venture called Jack’s Mannequin. The debut album, Everything In Transit, was released in 2005, with that album performing quite well on the charts.
Of course, Jack’s Mannequin is different from anything that Something Corporate would release. But, as with Something Corporate, Jack’s Mannequin ceased to exist eventually after three well-received albums.
On October 16, Rhino Records, with Warner Brothers Records, will reissue Everything In Transit in a 10th Anniversary Edition. This 2CD edition will feature a new remaster of the album as well as a second disc with eight bonus tracks of rare studio and live tracks (see track list below). There will be a nice booklet included with extra coolness.
Everything In Transit will be released as a 2CD Deluxe Edition, a 2LP vinyl set, and DD.
